Asa & Susan are a very professional team, prompt and courteous. After inspecting the carpet areas that needed to be cleaned, they took the time to explain to me the process of treating the stains in the carpet. They did an excellent job of removing as much of the embedded carpet stains as possible. The embedded stains in the master bedroom were in a high traffic area and preferred sleeping spot of the family dog. The additional two rooms that were cleaned now look like the old carpet is almost new again. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of carpet cleaning done.
